A three-year-old girl is inspiring others with her surprising ability to remember complex information
Brielle, an adorable 3-year-old girl from Salinas, Calif., went on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” earlier this week. She dazzled both the crowd and the host by accurately reciting the periodic table of elements during a quiz using pictures and abbreviations. She could even provide descriptions and uses for the elements.
When the host wanted to know how it was possible a three-year-old could remember and recite things that even many adults can’t, Brielle’s response was adorable.
“My little brain just remembers,” she said.
The girl’s mother said she got flash cards for her daughter back in spring to help her memorize the facts. The girl also said she knows all the presidents and all the states and their capitals.
“At 3 years old, this little girl knows elements like Xenon and Scandium. I thought those were reindeer,” joked DeGeneres on Facebook.
