She mentioned that when it 6 months to your wedding, you should create a healthy eating plan, that is, you should cut out foods high in sugar, fat and salt but rather introduce slow release carbohydrate, vegetables and fruits to your diet. She also included that it’s healthy to have an effective workout routine, drink a lot of water, have a skincare routine and much more.
